Prices

– Supp. DUS + 50% = double room for single use supplement on request
– Children from 0 to 1 years are free in the room with parents. From 1 to 13 years, 40% reduction. From 14 as an adult.

Check In & Check Out

– Check In is scheduled from 2.00 pm
– Check Out is expected by 11:00. In case of departures after this time, please contact the Reception. You may incur an additional charge.
– In the event of early departure, reducing the stay to 2 nights or less, the expected rate will be restored without the benefits reserved for extended stays.

Payment

– Deposit of 30% of the total value of the stay at the time of booking.

– In case of cancellation within 5 days of the arrival date, the deposit can be re-used for a new booking by November 1st 2023.

– Kindly send us a copy of the invoice by email to finalize the booking confirmation.

– For cancellations made within 5 days of the arrival date, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

– We inform you that check-in is from 14:00 to 20:30, the reception closes at 21 and in case of arrivals after this time, an extra €35.00 will be applied as check-in after hours.

Remember that...

– Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel
– Uncovered parking is free
– The Municipality of Castelnuovo del Garda has applied a tourist tax. This tax of € 1.00 per day has never been included in our offers and must be paid directly at the hotel.

Extra

– Cot + 12 € / day (reservation required)
– Pets are accepted in limited numbers, only upon request and availability + 12 € / day
